The couture shows have always been my favorite because they exhibit fashion at its most frivolous -- exactly how it should be! As I'm eternally obsessed with new takes on 60s glamour, Giambattista Valli pretty much blew everyone out of the water with his posh, embellished mod collection. Karl let me down a little with Chanel this time. I wasn't keen on the casino set (and his sets usually are my favorite!), but if I look past that and the somewhat unbecoming hair styling of the models, the clothes are lovely. But that is all -- not the POW! emoji of amazingness Karl usually creates. One of my favorite looks overall is an exquisite red beaded jumpsuit by Zuhair Murad, perhaps in part because it reminds me of my own red sparkle pants!
